Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the AccessPass Festival 2026 Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by all terms stated below. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the program.

1. Program Purpose

The AccessPass Festival 2026 Affiliate Program allows individuals and businesses to earn commission by promoting official AccessPass Festival 2026 tickets using personalized referral links provided through the official affiliate platform.

The program operates on a two-tier commission structure:

  • 10% commission on direct ticket sales
  • 5% additional commission on second-level referrals (referrals made by your direct referrals)

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

To participate in the program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and verifiable registration details
  • Be legally permitted to promote products or events in the UAE.
  • Comply with all UAE marketing, advertising, and cybercrime laws

Proxperts.ae reserves the right to approve, reject, restrict, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole and absolute discretion.

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Direct Referral Commission

You will earn 10% commission on each successfully completed ticket purchase made through your unique referral link.

3.2 Second-Level Referral Commission

You will earn an additional 5% commission from ticket sales generated by users who were referred by your direct referrals.

3.3 Commission Validity

Commissions are only valid if:

  • The ticket purchase is fully paid and confirmed
  • The purchase is not refunded, cancelled, disputed, or charged back
  • The system successfully tracks the referral link

4. Commission Release & Payment Timeline

  • All affiliate commissions shall be released strictly 30 days after the official conclusion date of the AccessPass Festival 2026 event.
  • This holding period is implemented to allow:
    • Payment reconciliation
    • Refund and cancellation verification
    • Fraud and abuse review
  • No early releases or advance payouts shall be entertained under any circumstances.

Payment will only be processed once:

  • The affiliate has submitted correct and verified payout details
  • The affiliate meets the minimum payout threshold (to be announced)

5. Payment Methods

Commission payouts will be processed via:

  • UAE bank transfers
  • International bank transfers

All transaction fees, bank charges, and currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the affiliate unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Refunds, Disputes & Chargebacks

If any ticket sale linked to an affiliate is:

  • Refunded
  • Cancelled
  • Disputed
  • Charged back
  • Found to be fraudulent

Then:

  • The related commission will be reversed
  • If already paid, it will be deducted from future payouts

7. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates must not engage in:

  • False income claims or misleading earnings promises
  • Spam marketing, forced clicks, fake leads, or bot traffic
  • Fake social media accounts or impersonation
  • Misrepresentation of ticket pricing, offers, or festival details
  • Any activity that violates UAE cybercrime laws, consumer protection laws, or advertising regulations

Any violation may result in immediate:

  • Termination from the program
  • Forfeiture of unpaid commissions
  • Permanent disqualification from all future Proxperts.ae programs

8. Tax Responsibilities

  • Affiliates are solely responsible for declaring and settling any applicable taxes, VAT, or government charges in their country of residence.
  • Proxperts.ae shall bear no responsibility for any personal tax obligations of the affiliate.

9. Brand Usage & Intellectual Property

  • Affiliates are permitted to use only official AccessPass Festival promotional materials.
  • Unauthorized modification of logos, videos, branding, or messaging is strictly prohibited.
  • All branding assets remain the intellectual property of AccessPass.ae & Proxperts.ae and its partners.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Affiliate data is processed in accordance with UAE data protection regulations.
  • Personal information will be used solely for program operations, communication, and payments.
  • Proxperts.ae does not sell or share affiliate data with third parties without legal or contractual necessity.

11. Limitation of Liability

Proxperts.ae shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of income or expected profits
  • Technical errors, tracking failures, or system downtime
  • Delayed payments caused by incorrect banking details
  • Third-party service provider outages

Affiliates participate entirely at their own risk.

12. Termination & Account Suspension

Proxperts.ae reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account without prior notice in cases of:

  • Fraud
  • Abuse
  • Policy violation
  • Brand damage
  • Legal or reputational risk

Any confirmed violation may result in permanent removal and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

13. Program Modifications

AccessPass.ae reserves the right to:

  • Modify commission rates
  • Change payout schedules
  • Update platform features
  • Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time

All changes take effect immediately once published on the official website.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the AccessPass Festival 2026 Affiliate Program, the affiliate confirms:

  • Full understanding of these Terms & Conditions
  • Legal capability to participate
  • Acceptance of the 30-day post-event commission release policy
  • Agreement to comply with all UAE laws and platform rules
