Privacy Policy

We collect personal information necessary to process ticket purchases and provide our services, including your name, phone number, email address, billing details, ticket history, and browsing activity. We may also collect technical data such as IP address, device type, cookies, and usage analytics.

Q: How is my data used?
Your data is used to:

  • Process and confirm your ticket purchase and payment
  • Send event updates, reminders, and important notices
  • Prevent fraud and verify identity
  • Provide customer support and service communications
  • Send marketing communications only where you have provided consent

Q: Do you share my data?
Yes, only where necessary and in compliance with UAE law:

  • With event organizers and venues for entry management, security, and safety purposes
  • With payment providers and financial institutions to process transactions
  • With government or regulatory authorities where legally required
  • With approved marketing or analytics partners, only where consent has been given

Q: Do you sell my data?
No. AccessPass.ae does not sell personal data to third parties.

Q: How long do you keep my data?

We retain personal data only for as long as required for operational, legal, and regulatory purposes in accordance with UAE laws. Data is securely deleted or anonymized thereafter.

Refund Policy – AccessPass.ae

Q: Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where expressly stated in this policy or where required by applicable UAE law.

Q: When can I get a refund?
Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:

  • If the event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled
  • If the venue is materially changed to another Emirate or city
  • If the advertised main/headline artist cancels and no suitable replacement is provided

Q: What is non-refundable?
The following are not grounds for refund:

  • Personal travel, visa, or health issues
  • Late arrival or denied entry due to dress code, ID mismatch, or age restrictions
  • Weather delays, safety pauses, or minor program/time changes
  • Unauthorized or third-party resale tickets

Q: How are refunds processed?
Where refunds are approved, they will be returned to the original payment method within approximately 60-90 days, subject to payment provider timelines.

Q: Are service fees refunded?
Service, processing, and transaction fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable UAE law.

Terms & Conditions

Q: Who am I buying from?
AccessPass.ae is the official ticketing platform acting as an authorized sales agent on behalf of the event organizer or promoter. The organizer is responsible for the planning, production, and delivery of the event.

Q: How will I get my ticket?
Tickets are issued electronically (QR code or e-ticket). You are responsible for providing accurate contact details to receive your ticket and event updates.

Q: What are the rules for event entry?

  • A valid government-issued ID matching the ticket holder’s details may be required
  • All venue rules and security procedures must be followed
  • Entry may be refused without refund if rules are not complied with

Q: Can I resell or transfer my ticket?
Tickets may only be transferred or resold where expressly permitted by the organizer. Unauthorized resale may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

Q: What if the event is delayed or interrupted?
Events may be delayed, paused, or adjusted for safety, operational, or technical reasons. Refunds are not guaranteed unless the event is officially cancelled.

Q: What is your liability?
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, AccessPass.ae’s liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased. AccessPass.ae shall not be responsible for indirect losses including travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses.

Q: Which law applies?
All purchases are governed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Force Majeure & Event Rescheduling Policy (UAE)

If an Event is affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, including but not limited to acts of God, war, threat of war, regional instability, government directives, public safety advisories, pandemics, natural disasters, venue unavailability, or any other unforeseen circumstances (“Force Majeure”), the Organizer reserves the absolute right to delay, postpone, reschedule, interrupt, or cancel the Event.

For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of any inconsistency, this *Force Majeure Policy shall prevail* over any other refund or ticketing terms.

If the Event is Postponed or Rescheduled

  • The Event may be rescheduled within *thirty (30) to ninety (90) business days*, subject to venue, artist, and regulatory approvals within the UAE
  • All tickets shall remain valid and automatically honored for the rescheduled date without the need for exchange
  • No refunds shall be issued* for postponed or rescheduled events due to Force Majeure

Official Communications & Deemed Acceptance

All official event communications, including updates, postponements, or rescheduling notices, shall be sent exclusively to registered ticket buyers using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

Ticket holders are solely responsible for ensuring that their contact details are accurate and for monitoring such communications.

In the absence of any response, objection, or refund request within the applicable timeframe, the ticket holder *may be deemed to have accepted* the updated arrangements and confirmed continued participation in the Event.

The Organizer and AccessPass.ae shall not be held liable for non-receipt of communications due to incorrect, incomplete, or unregistered contact details.

If the Event is Cancelled (Force Majeure)

  • If the Event is officially cancelled and no replacement date is announced within the above period, refunds or credits may be issued in accordance with applicable UAE laws and the Organizer’s official instructions
  • Refund requests must be submitted within two (2) to three (3) calendar days* from the official announcement of refund eligibility (“Refund Window”)
  • Any requests submitted outside the Refund Window shall be *automatically rejected and deemed invalid*
  • Refunds shall only be considered if requested within the Refund Window
  • Approved refunds shall be processed within *sixty (60) to ninety (90) business days* from the date of refund confirmation

The ticket holder expressly acknowledges and agrees that this processing period is necessary to allow the Organizer to recover and reconcile funds from third parties, including but not limited to artists, venues, suppliers, and logistics providers.

  • Service, processing, and transaction fees may remain non-refundable unless required by applicable UAE law

Refund Policy (General Conditions)

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the following cases:

  • The Event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled within the defined period
  • The venue is materially changed to another Emirate or city
  • The headline artist cancels without a suitable replacement

Where applicable, all refund requests shall be subject to the Refund Window and conditions stated under the Force Majeure Policy, which shall take precedence.

Refunds, where applicable, are issued solely at the discretion of the Organizer and in compliance with UAE law.

Limitation of Liability

The Organizer and AccessPass.ae act as independent parties. AccessPass.ae operates solely as a *ticketing platform and payment facilitator* and shall not be responsible for event execution, delivery, postponement, or cancellation decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

  • Liability of AccessPass.ae shall be limited strictly to the *face value of the ticket*
  • Neither the Organizer nor AccessPass.ae shall be liable for:
  • Delays in refund processing within the stated timelines
  • Failure of communication delivery due to incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses, including travel, accommodation, or personal expenses

Ticket holders agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or disputes where refunds are being processed in accordance with these terms

Reputation & Misrepresentation Clause

The Organizer and AccessPass.ae are committed to transparent and accurate communication with all registered ticket holders.

Any false, misleading, or malicious statements, including public or social media claims that misrepresent event communications or operations and result in reputational harm to the Organizer or AccessPass.ae, may be subject to legal action in accordance with applicable UAE laws.

Important Acknowledgment

By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Events affected by Force Majeure may be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled at the Organizer’s discretion
  • Tickets remain valid for rescheduled events and are *not refundable in cases of postponement*
  • Non-response to official communications may be treated as acceptance of updated event arrangements
  • Refunds (if applicable) are strictly subject to the defined Refund Window and processing timelines
  • The Organizer’s decisions are made in compliance with UAE regulatory authorities and safety requirements

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable UAE laws.
