Q: Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases listed below.
Q: When can I get a refund?
If the event is cancelled – full refund.
If the event is postponed/rescheduled – keep your ticket or request refund within 7 days of notice.
If the venue is changed to another Emirate/city.
If the main/headline artist cancels.
Q: What is non-refundable?
Travel, visa, or health issues.
Late arrival or denied entry (dress code, ID mismatch, age restrictions).
Weather delays or minor changes (support acts, time shifts).
Unauthorized resale tickets.
Q: How are refunds processed?
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14–21 business days.
Q: Are service fees refunded?
Service and transaction fees may not be refundable, unless UAE law requires it.
Q: What if the event is cancelled due to force majeure (e.g. government restrictions, natural disaster)?
Refunds or credits will be given in line with UAE consumer protection law and the organizer’s decision.

Q: Who am I buying from?
AccessPass.ae is the ticketing service. The event is run by the organizer/promoter. We act as the official ticket seller on their behalf.
Q: How will I get my ticket?
Tickets are delivered electronically (QR code, e-ticket). You must enter accurate contact details.
Q: What are the rules for event entry?
Bring valid ID matching your ticket.
Follow venue rules (security, dress code, age restrictions).
Venues may refuse entry without refund if rules are broken.
Q: Can I resell or transfer my ticket?
Tickets may be transferable only if the organizer allows. Unauthorized resale may void the ticket without refund.
Q: What happens if the event changes?
Organizers may change artists, program, or timing. Refunds are only available if the event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly changed.
Q: What if the event is delayed or interrupted?
Events may be delayed for safety or technical reasons. Refunds are not guaranteed unless cancelled.
Q: What’s your liability?
Our liability is limited to the ticket price paid. We are not responsible for travel costs, hotels, or indirect losses.
Q: Which law applies?
All purchases are governed by UAE law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Abu Dhabi, unless otherwise required.
