Purchase Policy

The QR code on the ticket permits entry for one person only. Any unauthorized duplication or resale of tickets will result in denial of entry to the event. Please keep your tickets secure to prevent loss or unauthorized use. AccessPass.ae and/or the event organizer accept no responsibility for any issues arising from the illegal duplication or resale of tickets.

Please respect the published ticket limits. Orders exceeding the maximum ticket limit for an event may be cancelled.

As a general rule, tickets are only refundable if the event is cancelled. As a ticketing provider, AccessPass.ae is not liable for refunds in the case of cancellations. However, AccessPass.ae seeks to ensure that event organizers refund the full amount in such circumstances, though we cannot be held commercially responsible for this.

By confirming your order, you agree to the policies outlined in our Terms & Conditions, including the refund and cancellation policy. We will share your information with the event organizer for purposes such as event management, analytics, marketing (where you have consented), and as further detailed in their privacy policy. The organizer may also share your information with third parties involved in the event where necessary for its management.
